ASSESSMENT
After an initial chat, PP prefer to make a personal visit to assess the space and consider the best design layout. Dressing an empty property is an ideal situation, but if necessary we can also discuss and advise on the best way to improve a lived-in residence for sale.
QUOTE
Once a guideline price is accepted, a full inventory with exact costings will be confirmed for complete design, installation, rental period and removal at the end of contract. A lead time of 3 - 4 weeks is preferred, or longer if possible to make sure the best stock for each project is available. The rental period is for 12 weeks with an option to extend if necessary (although this is often not required due to a successful and prompt sale).
INSTALLATION
We have a professional team to oversee the delivery and removal of furnishings. Our team of removal experts is reliable and fully insured. A dressed property will be left looking immaculate and smelling fresh.

Most home staging companies can offer support on how best to adjust your living space to promote a good sale. Pret-a-Property are able to visit on a Consultancy basis to advise on various aspects of cleansing and rearranging, alongside any potential additions that could be provided.

The basic equation of adding 5-10% to the sale price for a staged home is a proven equation regardless of property size.

HOW MUCH DOES STAGING COST?Staging will cost you less than the gain made at the point of sale. Home Staging is proven to increase interest in a property and provide a worthwhile return on investment. All quotes are individual, depending on the size and level of dressing required for each project. Where necessary, the best approach to fit a budget will be discussed. The costs include design, installation, a rental period of 12 weeks, and removal at the end of contract.

CAN I TRY TO DO MY OWN STAGING?Well, you can try, but a professional company has expertise that makes an impact with proven results. Apart from the chic, luxurious furniture and accessories used by experienced home stagers, there are many more psychological aspects involved. Plus the rental costs involved with staging are far better value than buying contents yourself.

INSURANCEAll of our team are fully insured for the installation process. In addition, our insurance covers any damage to the goods while in situ. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure there is adequate cover at the property for theft or break ins.
